I have banked with Anderson Brothers Bank since 2008 and have found them to be exceptional. In particular the S. Cashua Drive branch offers the best customer service I’ve ever been given at a bank. Every staff person and every officer is interested in me and my family. They are also great lenders. Hats off to Jay and the gang.
The worst customer service experience I have ever seen. I would not recommend banking with ABB. The ineptness in providing a simple answer is beyond their reach! The experience was lousy. It wouldn't allow me to not select a star. One star is too kind!
The absolute worst loan experience I’ve ever had these people hang up on me when I try to call and pay I stay on hold for 5-10 minutes usually service is horrible wouldnt recommend and never will bank with them once I can refinance ud83dude11
