I came in at 5:50 and Deavanie helped me out with a positive attitude. Asked her about my capital one charges as well and she was very helpful even though they were closing. She didn’t have any business cards but wrote her name down and told me to call her if I had anymore questions. Excellent customer service
I had a $20 bill in my hand and asked if I could get a roll of quarters since I'm staying at the Hilton and get them for laundry. They asked if I had an account to which I said no and they refused to give me a roll. Went to Wells Fargo around the corner. Asked the same thing. Don't bank there either. Gave me a roll a quarters. If you're a bank this is what a simple currency exchange looks like.
Deavanie was helpful getting me my debit card. She was nicely dressed and very cute.
Mikayla and shay at w Florence location were very polite and helpful with my services efficiently and in fast matter!
