Not sure if their personal bankers/CSRs need more training, but today would have made the second time I’ve went inside to conduct buisness and was treated as if my request was out of reach. However when I’m in another state they know exactly what I’m talking about.nnAs a previous employee and long time banker with TD Bank, I’m highly dissatisfied with their service and lack of willingness to complete my request.
Bank officials never knew anything about “proof of fund” letter. When I explained they say it will be 2-3 days. Disappointed.
This bank doesn't even deserve 1 star. Slow, no one knows what they are doing. I have wasted so much time here (one is lake city is just as bad). Everytime I've been here, u spend way too long, or have to come back. Always have to get the manager, she is the only one that knows anything about banking rules. The tellers are slow and don't seem to care at all. I moved from NJ and no Chase Bank down here, hope they are soon. I truly hate banking with TD, especially this Florence location.
