First Reliance Bank

I recently have moved to Florence, SC and needed a local bank. I chose First Reliance. I am a retired purchasing manager and have dealt with hundreds of companies and their employees at all levels. This of course, included customer service professionals of various qualities. I was 'signed-up' at First Reliance by Heather Price. The process was customer friendly and went well. When I attempted to set-up my account online I ran into an IT problem and called her. She got on the phone and immediately corrected the problem. I needed to to do a transfer of funds to another institution and ran into a problem there. Again, a call to her quickly solved the problem. This lady does not work in days or hours as do many.....she gets the job done in minutes. I'm sure First Reliance envisions the expansion of your business. Such professionals as Ms. Price will provide a firm foundation for that effort.

I was trying to raise my credit score and went to Mr. Trussell for some advice. He helped and guided me as to what my best options were at that time. I have seen HUGE improvements!! He is very helpful and I am grateful. The ladies inside the bank on Palmetto Street are always so helpful and friendly too! Love my bank!!!n#FIRSTRELIANCEBANK

This by far has been the best bank to work with. First Reliance Bank is a great place to work and take care of all my banking and loans. I recommend them to everyone! If you are not being treated like family you aren't at the right bank!

Although I have only banked with First Reliance Bank for two years, I would absolutely recommend this bank to anyone! They have outstanding customer service and truly care about their customers. They are very active in the local community and makes me proud to be part of such a great organization.

Only bank I've been to that charges you to cash a check that's from their bank..twice what any check cashing place Wal-Mart ECT. Would charge you.
