Rhino's Restaurant and Lounge

This place deserves ALL the stars! The service was absolutely great! The ladies all helped each other out like a team, and everything was out nice and fast. Great food, especially the BBQ plate! Will definitely be back next time we're in town!

Gee the chief made us the best flat iron steak I’ve ever had. Even came by the table to check too see if everything was alright. Also Salmon was excellent. Mango habanero wings were excellent Best ever

Food was ice cold, fries where a mushy mess, was told would it would be 20 mins it turned into 40 mins. If they could quit arguing maybe they could cook orders right.

We were optimistic about trying this place due to reviews. We entered facility and it looked like a hostess station at the front so we waited for direction to be seated. We stood there for a bit until someone (presumably another patron) said you seat yourself. So we did. We watched as two servers walked back and to and from the drink station behind us and not once acknowledge us. We waited about 15 minutes and both servers were within sight and no service. Not even a greeting. A notice of delayed service to be expected. Nothing. So we got up and left. Still no acknowledgement. Safe to say I do not recommend it here... basic customer service was missing.
