If I could give the Belton branch NO stars I would! Terrible service, and extremely rude! (tried talking to someone for 2 days) Mng. straight out lied to me about my crediting my account. So when I called right back they wouldn't answer!!! One phone call to the Anderson branch and it was taken care of right away with a very pleasant and positive attitude. If you bank with Bb&t USE THE ANDERSON BRANCH THEY ARE GREAT!!!
This branch has a small town feel to it. They are friendly and actually helpful. This branch has helped me solve problems I have had with other branches, and get quick resolution to problems,
Terribly rude tellers who think they are better than everyone else. Only reason they get one star is because you can't leave zero. Hope they shut this awful branch down. RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!
Your web site say's you're open till 6 pm on Friday!!!! But you close at 5 pm!!!!
