I had eye surgery at this hospital and patient care was great. Absolutely no problems but the billing department did not file my insurance correctly and it has been a nightmare. Getting someone in accounting on the phone is near to impossible, and they promised to work on it and call me back. Well no call and the call I get two months later is that they turned my account over to collection and the bill is still wrong. I wouldn’t choose to ever use this facility again!

Delivered via Cesarean here. Dr. Hensley was wonderful and quick, the OR staff were friendly, Tina the anesthesiologist was professional and so compassionate and the OB nurses were all beyond friendly and helpful. We moved here at 36 weeks from the Seattle area so I was pretty nervous to be giving birth in such a small hospital, but the nerves were not warranted as it was a great experience. Thank you all!!

I guess it's ok, but I was shocked to be greeted at the front desk by someone not wearing a mask and then seeing another staff member visiting at the ER nurses station for 10 minutes without a mask. Do they not realize we're in a covid pandemic?

One lady made a review about how the nurse kevin accused her daughter of lying to get out of school. He did the same to me. I took my daughter in a few years ago and he asked if I brought her in to get out of work.

I had the best care available to me . The staff from the beginning receptionist to the end of food service and housekeeping were awesome. Everyone was very well educated in my care and helped ease any concerns I had. I'm very pleased with everything about my experience in this hospital. The food was amazing.. fresh fruit and all. Best care I've ever received while in a hospital anywhere. And my recovery is goin very well thanks to the nurses and Dr Hensley doin an amazing job.
