Choctaw Nation Health Care Center: Emergency Room

I left a dozen messages for Adriana Rogers to provide me with Medical Records and she will NOT return my calls, not one. How can a patient move forward with a specialist if medical records are not provided? This woman needs to be fired and a new, responsible, and accountable professional needs to replace her. It's unacceptable.

It takes 7 to 8 hours to get in and out. 1 person per hour, I timed it. What is the hold up?

I wish I could downvote this place more. Horrible experience both times I've been to the ER. First time was told I had a kidney infection and the PA Nancy Jefferson, was extremely rude and insensitive to my pain. She cared more about her interests than the patients. I said a cuss word when she was feeling around on my back because she touched a tender area, and she told me she wouldn't help me if I did it again. It just slipped out. But she said she didn't care, don't do it again. She prescribes me a useless antibiotic and I get a call 2 days later that they have a different one for me.nI go back 5 days later with ZERO improvement and in severe pain. No one would acknowledge I was in pain. I was crying, couldn't walk well, can't even make a move without pain. The D.O. who came in had obviously not even looked at my chart and literally does karate chops on my back. That was so incredibly painful. She leaves telling me she is going to go do some labs and will be right back. I wait an hour and I cant take the pain. I go to the nurses station to find out what is going on and get an attitude and completely rude behavior from a heavy nurse with glasses. She treats me like my pain isnt real. I'm losing my mind trying to find help. And no one is willing to help me. I have never experienced this type of pain in my life. I left because I could not get them to listen and they had zero sympathy for someone who is suffering. I will never go back. I will go to a different hospital when I get back to Tulsa. This place is a joke.

Had to make my first trip to the emergency room in Talihina, no fun but everybody there was so nice and so caring which definately helped calm the nerves. Thank you all ❤

Been here 4 hours. Nurses are gossiping at the desk. This place is getting ridiculous.
