Serenity Aviary & Aquarium Services has provided Fireside Commons with a beautiful aquarium for our community room and have serviced and maintained it for years. The staff are wonderful and accommodating and the tech that maintains our aquarium is so knowledgeable & courteous! I highly suggest Serenity if you are thinking about getting an aquarium!
Serenity is a wonderful company to get your birds and fish from. When our company decided to go with Serenity to rebuild our bird avairy, it was one of the best decisions we made. Moving forward we would definitely recommend Serenity aquarium to our partners and people in the community.
Poor animal care and poor customer service. We are a long term care facility and have had problems from Day one. They use an auto feeder that doesnt work most of the time. The cleaning person said dont feed the fish. She said the fish can go 5 weeks without food: 5 WEEKS!? Our fish are always sunken belly and dying.nTheir people that clean also are rude to our residents. They act like the resident that is watching them clean and wants to talk about his fish tank from 20 years ago is a bother. My community is stuck is a twisted legal-eze 5 year deal and we can't get out. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE

Wouldn't sell me one piece of glass and they cut n sell custom glass. Sales rep was a jerk my order must have not been worth there time
