Went here on a recent trip. The service was good, but food was served cold. Soup was barely warm, I got chicken honey chipotle crispers, cold. Corn, cold. Fries, cold. Chili's has my favorite potato soup, but it's not good cold. The best thing we got was chips and salsa. Oh, and the iced tea was good.
The reason it only gets 3 stars is because of the 2 hour wait. We were told 45 minutes. The hostess which had the personality of a wet rag continued to seat everyone that came in. We had a party of 12. It's hard to seat a party of 12 if you don't plan. Asked for the manager Brittany and told she was on the phone. Must have been a good call cause I still haven't hears from her. Ridiculous
Chili's Grill & Bar at Choctaw Casino at Grant is a very good place to go when you're hungry. Great service and great food!
Food was great when we finally got it, it took forever to get a refill. My daughter got her food like 10 minutes before we did and had no utensils. The kiosk was filthy should have been cleaned in between customers.
I ordered togo. the bartender who took my order was great but my steak was over cooked (I asked for rare and it came out more medium well done) also the asparagus was burnt and the broccoli came still in a bag.
