Called late in the evening yesterday and had my service completed by afternoon today. Nick was very nice and quickly determined our problem and then fixed it, all for only the service call. He also took the time to explain how to prevent it in the future with simple at-home maintenance. Nick @ Guaranteed Overhead Door answered my call ON A SUNDAY when I thought I would just have to leave a message — stunned he personally answered the phone on the weekend; very polite and friendly, even offered to come out but it wasn’t dire emergency so elected early Monday morning appt. Problem quickly diagnosed and repaired (new battery pack backup something or other ud83dude02) and hallelujah, the infernal beeping stopped!!! ud83dudca5 will keep his/this business card on file for (gulp) any future problems, and without hesitation recommend this young man and his company for any kind of garage door replacement or repair. I had a spring break yesterday when I got home. I knew that it would take a day or two before it would get fixed. I contacted Nick at Gaurenteed Overhead Door. His estimate was cheaper than anyone else plus. He was able to show up the same day I called. Very professional. He pointed out makes of Garage Door openers to look out for and the difference each of them had for the price. Plus proper care and what to use on them. They will be my choice from now on!!!
