Do not switch to us cellular I did and now I regret it the internet NEVER WORKS! It is soooooo slow if and when it actually does work

My cricket bill was paid on Thursday October15,2020 on October17 my service was disconnected...the lady that took my payment didn't make in in until today October19 than I was told there isn't anything they can do......so I'm out $28 and no phone(i've had this phone for years and never missed a payment)........Don't trust cricket......
