I had real good care and everyone was really nice to me

Absolutely awful billing department. Received bill and paid it. Received another bill and ignored because I'd already paid it. Received notice from collection agency. Went to Dr's office and was told it was their fault. Now today, 1 year later, received another collection agency letter for the same amount on the same day.

I was in severe pain when I entered. The staff treated me with respect and care, above and beyond. Turns out there were two issues. After the rapid covid-19 test cleared me I was admitted and the treatment healed me. They listened. Highly recommend.

I just completed Physical Therapy at the Madill Hospital and I want to share my appreciation of the Therapists. They are kind and with encouraging guidance help me to succeed in reaching the doctors goal for me.nI have to admit I doubted in the beginning that that I could do all the exercises and have the results I achieved. The Therapist that worked with me was Greg Stubbs. Thank You!

I was there for approximately 1 month in. Rehab.. Ihave no complaints at all.nAll of the employees were very pleasant and helpful. They never left the room without asking if i needed anything else. They were all very knowledgeable...everything was kept very clean. OverallnThis was the best experoemce i have ever had with a hospital.
