Really, I'd prefer to give a 3.5 star review. The repairman completed the job and it was pretty reasonably priced.nnI brought my own battery, which he said wasn't covered under any warranty, which was totally fine. My husband's iPhone is only a 6s+ so we didn't want to spend a ton, just allow his phone to make it a little longer.nnHowever, he didn't have great people skills. He seemed irritated and inconvenienced with every interaction. He said it would only take 30 minutes to complete, but he wouldn't be able to get to it until the afternoon.nnAgain. That was fine, as long as my husband had his phone for work that night. I dropped the phone off mid-morning(ish) and filled out the card with my phone number.nnAround 4pm hit, and I hadn't heard from him at all and my husband was due to leave for work and after one word replies that sounded super inconvenienced where I had to coax it out of him that the phone was ready, I went and picked it up.nnNo call to tell me it was ready. No telling when it was ready. Or how long it would have sat there, had I not called.nnBut, I feel adequate service and completing the job does lean more 4 stars than 3.
Awesome place!! the guy who fixed my phone and iPad did a great job!! Also price was very reasonable and fast service thank you once again. Highly recommended ud83dude00
My phone got ran over and damaged the screen bad!!! So my husband took it into cellular repair and they fixed it in 30 min, then the next day I had dropped it at work and it cracked it so I had my husband call him he said to bring it in, and had it fixed again just cheaper great place to go they know what there doing !
Awesome place customer service was amazing!! they fixed my phone in 20 minutes. I also did not lose any of my information thank you guys so much. I have a LGV60UW5G that had a broken screen and more damage from being dropped. They fixed my phone despite LG not even selling parts for it at less than half the price of other quotes for the same repair. Would definitely recommend.
