Shoe Dept. Encore

Just went into the Shoe Dept New location in the mall right beside Dillard’s and across from pink. They still have AMAZING prices but the store is a bit smaller!! They have even more sales now that COVID has happened!!! The summer sales are awesome and have boots anywhere from $5-$15. The staff is awesome even though they seem very limited! I had trouble finding some shoes for myself and my family and they were very quick to help and find you the best prices. For the record they are not open until 9 anymore they are open until 7 on weekdays and 6 on sundays. I went in last minute and the mall was closing so just a warning for anyone planning on going.

Ok today was the first time I went into this store. I was shopping for a pair of shoes for my husband. I found a pair for him and took them up to the counter to pay for them. Well who ever tried them on before me put them in the wrong box. They $5.00 over the price on the box. I asked since it was not my fault they had the wrong price on it if they would honor the price on the box. They said they couldn’t do that. So I said can you get your manager. So the manager comes out and basically says the same thing. So I ok thanks and walked out the door without the shoes. Which was no sweat off my back. But just floors me that a retail business is more worried about $5.00 than a $50.00 dollar sale. I own business and I try everything in my power get the customer and keep the customer. But in full swoop this retail business who is supposed to be about sales and customer service didn’t get my business today and Hell if I ever come back to this store. The truth is had I been treated well I would have been back because they had some nice looking dress shoes for men. And to think I asked the cashier if they were slow and she said yes they were really slow since they reopened from corona scare. I’d say more than half the stores in the quail springs mall are still closed you would really think this or any other store in there would want you’re business. I guess they are rolling in the dough. Oh well I went academy and got a better pair of shoes for $20.00. But come guys you lost a customer not only today but a repeat customer. Bad management in my opinion.

I had a great experience! I found the shoes I needed with friendly service from their staff. Great place to shop for your everyday shoe needs. I can't wait to go back!

Addison ia great. His customer service is super on point. He helped me find the perfect shoe & shoe size plus the store was soon to close, he did not rush me. I respected the fact that he recommended I order online for 2 pairs of shoes. The workers should be more optimistic like him. He is great! Will be shopping there again soon and more often.

So myself and my cousins went into shoe department in search of some tennis and also a pair of heels. Christina is one of the manager's and her and the staff that were there were freaking awesome!!! They helped us with shoe after shoe and never got upset, or had a bad attitude!! They are super nice and made our shopping experience a great one!!!
