My husband has been seeing Dr. Trang for back injections and Lorrie Buckner has made the authorization process extremely fast both times. Thank you Lorri for all you help!

Tried to make an appointment to see a doctor for a pain in my chest. They refused and said go to the emergency room. I don't have thousands of dollars for the emergency room., thats why I need to see a doctor.nA long time ago, Southern Plains was a good place to get medical care. Now, you can get better care from a PA at the urgent cafe in the strip mall.

Lacey Seay is probably one of the best doctors I have had she did a full assessment non of my doctors has ever done a full assessment when I go in for an office visit. And helps and try’s to figure out all your illnesses. Glad my bestie told me about her she is a young doctor with old school values.

They denied my seeing provider after driving 45 minutes due to secondary insurance still showing another primary insurance. They did not call to tell me prior to appointment that I would not be able to be seen due to primary insurance still showing on secondary insurance
