I had fallen and hurt my ribs. After re-injuring them I was concerned might be more serious. Went here late one night. Everyone was so professional. The place was spotless. Will return (only if I have to)

I am so glad I found this ER & Hospital. I had (again - chronic life problem, it seems) back spams that were not resolved by Urgent Care at 7 pm on a Friday night (where i received a shot of Toradol - an anti-inflammatory)...so, at 5 am the next morning I was driven by my partner to the ER component of this medical facility. I had no wait (perhaps because of the time I arrived), staff were friendly, efficient and professional, and I got the proper medication to stop the excruciating pain

Waiting for the doctor in an empty waiting room should NOT take this long. Ridiculous

Homegirls Hospital stay was like any other.  There was however one exception. With the bun out of the oven, Homegirl is needing to save some serious dough.  Homegirl was a lioness before home baby, but now she's really on the hunt for deals.

Called in for an appointment for a flu shot. Was told to come in at 2:00pm. I got there at 1:55pm and sat around for 40 minutes. People coming and going the whole time. Finally asked the receptionist about the delay and was told they would get on it. Still sat around. Finally just left and went to the local Walmart and got the shot in 10 minutes, including filling out paperwork. I didn't even need to see the Doctor for the flu shot so I'm not sure about the delay. At any rate, I would recommend you go to a local pharmacy for your flu shot.
