Don’t get me wrong I love chili’s but this one is a disappointment every time I dine in. My server was rude and impatient. I had to remind him numerous times of things I had asked for and he didn’t have an answer for any of my questions. Now for the food..nothing was hot or fresh well except the petals I ordered on the side. My food was bland and thrown together. I didn’t enjoy my meal at all. The best thing out of my whole meal (spicy shrimp tacos with the rice and petals, moscato, and the queso.) was the petals. Even the wine didn’t taste fresh at all and wasn’t really chilled. It seemed like it was old maybe left out uncorked for a while. Long story short, don’t dine in here JUST ORDER PICK UP!! The food has never failed me from this location by ordering that way instead.
When we got there the host was having a hard time to figure out a table, I understand the covid thing but plenty to choose from. Our waiter was great, very helpful and attentive. Food was great and hot.
Okay so we waited too long at the door to be seated, then once we were finally seated it took forever for us to see our server for the first time. Then once she took our drink order it also took too long. I have been a server my entire adult life and I am very patient bc I have been there. we did not complain. The food was good. Just very slow service at the door and from our waitress.
Due to social distancing I use the to-go option. The service is outstanding and the food as fresh and hot as if I had dined inside. I time my visit to coincide with the time given when placing my order and have never waited more than a minute before being approached by Chili's staff for my name. Well done, Chili's!
