Pizza Hut

The food tastes good and is filling. Thats where the good ends. We ordered delivery, supposed to arrive at 9-910, after calling at 930 asking about it we finally get our pizza and wings at almost 10pm. The wings are made poorly, though taste good enough. There's no sauce with them and very little on them. Honestly if I'd known getting a delivery pizza was going to be such a hassle I'd have cooked at home and saved money!

First let me say the pizza was great. The not providing cups or fountain drinks being blamed on corona, I don't believe it.nnMcDonald's, next door offers fountain drinks inside the store through counter personnel.nnBraums, right across the street, offers fountain drinks.nnSo, is this an issue of Corona, or a store owner saving money on payroll? Hmmm... seems fishy to me...

So my pizza was wrong last night and I was having a bad day. I'm gunna start there, I called to complain and felt like I wasn't heard, I get a call this morning from a man by the name of Greg who was super nice and super apologetic. He offered to do whatever it takes to make it right. He is running this pizza hut now and he is amazing. I was shocked to talk to some one who cared so much. I will definitely be ordering again and giving them another chance. For all of the pizza lovers out there, try pizzahut again it's being ran right now. And I have nothing but mad respect for the manager. If you read this thank you so much for caring and being kind. Also don't forget to tip your drivers.

My wife and I attempted to assist a family in the area with a egift card to assist with a meal. I purchased the gift card through the Pizza Hut Website. This local Pizza Hut refused to honor the egift card. Now, not only was I unable to assist the family with a meal in a time of need, they are out more money because they had to come up with the cash on their own to cover the cost of the food. I am very disappointed in Pizza Hut, they will not be gaining more of our business going forward.
