Chief Drive In Theatre

I will not be returning here. Upon arriving, the man working the ticket booth was extremely aggressive and rude about their “no food or drink” policy. We didn’t have any food in our car. We go to the concession stand to order two baskets of foods, but we didn’t order drinks because we brought our own refillable water bottles. I understand not wanting people to bring in food or even soda, but not allowing people to bring in water is absurd- especially when you charge $2.50 for a cup of ice water. When I didn’t order drinks, the lady said “you better not have drinks in your car. We will kick you out” I assured her we only had water. She told me I needed to pour the water out. When I came back to get my food, she rudely said “ you need to throw the water away.” I told her I did. She didn’t believe me because I didn’t throw it away in the trash can that was right in front of her when there were several trash cans much closer to my car.nWould give 0 stars if I could. They were so rude.

Was the very friendly environment clean food was good for concession food it was good would go back anytime

We've been going to the Chief since we were undergrads at USAO. It's a great local business with reasonable prices for a double feature and food. The snack bar is as good as a small local diner. They the Date Night special listed on their Facebook page and website.

The movies and layout are great. The food is excellent.nnThey have a good plan for social distancing, but the crowds tend to overwhelm the plan.

It was my first trip to a drive in theater, so I'm going to just go with 5 stars based on the experience itself. The people were friendly and informative, the sound came in clear, and the experience was fun. +They have dipndots!
