A unique steakhouse experience with a mom & pop twist. No menus here. Your server will educate you on the handful of steak, pork, and chicken plates available. All meals come with the salad bar which contains quite a few delicious surprises such as fried okra, homemade pork & beans and blocks of cheese as big as Wisconsin. The steaks are well seasoned & cooked as ordered. Baked potatoes are massive and served with buckets of butter & sour cream. People might take issue with the prices considering the homey decor. To be clear, $20+ per person is normal here. But you will NOT leave hungry and the servers work hard to deliver a great experience. Keep in mind wait times for tables can be long. Both dining rooms are small & the place draws crowds on weekends.

Food was very good. From the complimentary rib as an appetizer, to the small, but very fresh looking, salad bar, and the main course which for me was a 16oz prime rib. I was able to eat @ 1/3 of my steak. The service was over the top professional and friendly, Thank You Kaitlyn! Very crowded, did have to wait abit. There are no menus to look at, but the staff is very well versed in options. Not able to see prices tho until the bill comes. Atmosphere is lacking at best, but will definitely be back! Definitely a jeans & T-shirt type of place, or even overalls, saw a few of those being worn too.

We ordered the Prime Rib and it was juicy, with just a slight smokiness. If you don't have a large appetite you can share one, but the extra salad bar is about $8. It's a small, but well executed, salad bar. If I were in the area, I would be happy to stop, but I'm not sure I would make the drive there.

Amazing worth the wait! Great service! Opens at 4:30 I suggest you get there 3:45 or sooner! I know we will next time!

Sorriest bbq place I've ever been to Look, I just want to say first that the service was good, no problem there. The low rating is partly because the food is, like, 2/10 on average... the ribs were better (better than edible but less than decent), but the ribs also cost about $25 for a meal... That's the other part, the prices. Overall, I wouldn't suggest the sausage at all, and would absolutely warn against the brisket, it has zero flavor. To top it off, their bbq sauce is watery and tries for some kind of sweet flavor that just doesn't work.
