After my love for running led me to developing shin stress factures in high school, I was too scared to return to running for 4 years. When I finally decided to give it another go, I visited shoe stores in the Fox Valley area, and Run Away Shoes was by far the most empathetic, patient, and informative. If not for my experience with Will and his team there, I would not have returned to running. His thorough, well-explained advice and genuine attitude instilled the confidence I needed to know I was taking the right strides to not reinjure myself. I bought my running shoes and inserts over a month ago and am even happier with my decision than the day I bought them. I would recommend Run Away Shoes without hesitation.

Best place to buy shoes. They take the time to measure your feet and check the arch and pressure areas on the foot. I had arch supports that make the task even more difficult . Friendly ,helpful , knowledgable staff. Grateful to Erin Moldenhauer who suggested I visit her at the store for my shoes and all her help.

The gentleman that helped us both times was fantastic! He remembered when we came in, remembered what I was looking for! Even though it's a little bit of a drive, we will definitely be back! Phenomenal customer service.

Was the only place on the internet that I could find my size in the Saucony Endorphin Speed's.nnFast shipping and great customer service. Got my shoes in 2 days. Would definitely recommend!

The best shoe buying experience i have ever had. The second i walked in the door they were ready to help. Watched me walk and got my arch and what i would need the shoes for and got me as many shoes as i needed to try until we got the perfect ones. I will never shop anywhere else for my shoes. Amazing store. Amazing people. 10/10 recommend
