Terrible service! Especially the Grooming side would not recommend...went in for a basic service my dog had a 3 year rabies shot but the expiration date was not on the certificate...so they called to verify at the vet office and spoke with the doc and he told them it was a 3 year rabies and it was still valid and they still refused to give basic service. Common sense...3 years from the date it was given is the expiration date...definitely not spending any more money in there or recommending them to any friends!

Used online ordering and curbside pickup. Was very satisfied with the ease of ordering. The amount of time I had to wait for order would be ready to pick up was less than the 3 hour time it stated the order would be ready. And the ease of curbside pickup was great

I Love Pet Smart they have almost everything for your little 4 legged babies!! I've only had 1 complaint and that was because one of the cashiers acted like I couldn't read prices or something. Because she walked away from the counter just to go make sure I was telling her the truth about a dog treat that was supposed to be 99 cents and she rang it up at a 1.99. When I told her that was the wrong price she argued with me and then left the counter without saying excuse me I'll be right back or anything. She was very unprofessional. But I haven't had to deal with her again, which I'm glad!! You just don't treat your customers in such a manner. Because if she was the only cashier working there Pet Smart would've lost a good customer that day. Because I spend a lot of money for my babies at that store. I don't expect to be treated in the manner she treated me that day!!

Walked in and smaller than expected. In and out quickly. People were nice and helpful. Dimly lit but clean. Side note - mask are not chin diapers no matter what south park says. Either go full mask or not at all. Commit. I will respect either way and still shop there.
