Uscelluar was one a great phone. Really instead of three stars you should get one star. For service that sucks!!nBut most of the guys that waits on us in the office should get 10 stars, even the manger.

This cell phone company has gone down hill . The staff there are not the same . Not very helpful. Not friendly. Your bill is too high for the service you expect, especially when traveling. They don't give you discounts like they promised. They say you have nation wide coverage. Not true . Your talk time is good , but not your data plan. If you travel-good luck on your data plan . It will drop to 2 g on your network/ draining your battery on your cell phone. ( if you leave your area you are roaming period, )
First rate all around. Went well out of their way when an older cel phone died and needed replacing. Cost was decent and service was fantastic. Andre and the team there are 1st rate and highly skilled.
I got 4 phones with them n pay 289 a month..which they lied n told me my bill would be cheaper n its NOT...they r way to high i can go back to metro n pay 100$ for 4 phones n save 189$..even tho metro is pre paid. But way cheaper...so us cellular i will be switching on yall over prices ###...
