It seems that now that TMoble has taken over sprint the service has gotten worse. I been with out my phone for 2 days and the store has been closed for 2 days. And I call the other store and one doesn't answer and the other has a phone number that belongs to a bank. Never In the 12 years I was with sprint did this ever happen.
My husband and I switched our sevice to tmobile from a competitor, and Joseph didnt get his last name was kind enough to help us. My husband was having trouble getting his phone number switched. But even after the store closed he was helping my husband. So thank you Joseph, for going above and beyond your job to make your customers feel welcomed.
Ashley C. really helped us out. She knows what she is doing. Super sweet lady. Great customer service. Very knowledgeable. Kind and patient. She went above and beyond to get everything taken care of for us. Go see her, you won't be dissapointed. She is a great asset to t-mobile (sprint).
