I would have given 5 stars but their fitting rooms are closed. This resulted in a large purchase that we returned/exchanged a couple hours later. Seriously, how many cases of COVID-19 have been transmitted in a fitting room? Staff is scarce on the floor, but checkouts and returns have super nice staff.
Super excellent customer service!!! I have not had such quality service in a very long time! The representatives were very knowledgeable, helpful and super courteous! My shoes arrived, but were a half size too small. I thought it would be a hassle to return the shoes. The representative Emily was super nice! Emily helped me at the Kiosk to return the shoes and order a new pair! This store has a customer for life! I love the super excellent customer service!!!
I discovered I could return an Amazon item I purchased through Kohls. I printed the return label at home, took the item to Kohls, and they took it immediately. Very smooth transition.
I went in to do an Amazon return and the staff was so nice and helpful!
Wish I had gotten the sweet woman's name that helped me. I was looking at Donna Karan Cashmere Mist and told her I wished they had it in the roller ball and she found it for me and it was on sale!! How great is that?!? Great customer service!
