RED WING - LAWTON, OK

Best customer service of any footwear purchase I’ve ever made. I’ve used their 30 day comfort guarantee multiple times and they’ve never acted as if it was a nuisance for me to keep coming back until I found the perfect fit. I’ve also used their 1 year waterproof warranty in the past and they replaced them without question. Other boot sellers act like they’re God to who they’re selling boots to, always taking a customer is always wrong attitude. RedWing has never treated me this way. Will be a customer for life.

Came in the store kind of late on Saturday hoping I could find a work boot rather quickly. Redwing consultant specialist was extremely patient and helpful. I couldn't of asked for better service and I walked out with what I was looking for with the pair on my feet. Thanks Redwing Boots

I’ve been to various Red Wing store locations across the Midwest and East Coast- this has been by far my most positive customer service experience, which is saying a lot since Red Wing as a company seems to only employ the most passionate and positive people to own franchises and run their stores.nnOn the products:nI own two pairs of Red Wing boots (Silversmith and women’s Iron Ranger) and just recently ordered a third. I’ve bought two belts and a variety of other accessories and care products. the Silversmith is my favorite and I wear the boots every. single. day. The break-in process was difficult but after a week of nonstop walking the boots out I prefer nothing else.nnOn the Lawton, OK location:nThe management is extremely accommodating, understanding, and exceptionally positive. The manager and sales rep working were extremely polite, listened to my needs as a customer and had a plethora of personal experience with the products. Their product knowledge is specifically noteworthy. They were sporting their current favorite Red Wing boots and could give me detailed care instructions and tips. Their passion for the product and company showed while interacting with customers. I truly appreciate this team and the work they put in to help me sort out my order information. I have had nothing but good luck/experience with Red Wing as a company and this store really takes the cake. Thank you management and hard working sales team!
