They close at 10 because of covid but decided to close at 940 way to do business
I've been here numerous times before 10 and they're always closed. Sometimes as much as an hour early. Covid or not, do your jobs and don't be so lazy.
December 16 about 2 in the afternoon I went into the store to get a slush. After getting it and going to the counter to pay for it the man behind the counter said the slush machine is out of order.I said oh I'm sorry I didn't know but it worked fine then he said there was a sign that says out of order. I then said well maybe you should think about moving the sign down some maybe over the handles where it can be seen. He yelled at me and said that using it when there working on it could break there machine for good.I then said look I already said I was sorry I don't know what you want from me.Again he yelled there was a sign on it.I played for my stuff and left. That is no was to treat a customer. I will never spend any money in that store again.I will take my money elsewhere.
The manager there was extremely rude! I have been using coupons for Pall Malls for over a year it wont scan it has to be entered manually. I explained that to him mind you this has been done with him present and told me if it dont scan we dont use I told him I have been coming here at other Stripes his response was very unprofessional he said well you should have gone there. I told him dude I have coming here for years that it was rude, his response nothing just a blank stare....would not recommend until the manager is replaced!!!!
