Chili's Grill & Bar

Took forever to be seated and it wasn’t even busy. When I walked in no one was in the front and the waitresses even looked at me standing there and kept walking to the back with nothing. So I had to call the store while I’m standing right in the front just to be seated. When I do get seated they don’t even give me the full menu just the drink menu. Waited 5 minutes for the full menu and then 20 more minutes just for them to ask me for a drink. Then waited about 10 minutes just for a straw. Ordered the ribeye and the steak didn’t even look like beef steak. It was a really like pink and grey color. Not even any grill marks on it. Never coming back.

Had to wait a little bit to get a table but that's to be expected on a Friday night. I ordered the Boss Burger and my eyes almost popped out when it got to the table; the damn thing had so much going on it was held together by a steak knife. That was epic awesomeness at its best. Great atmosphere, great staff and great food can be found here ;)

Stopped by for lunch. Slit a chicken salad with my daughter and also enjoyed my free chips and guacamole with a coupon.nFriendly service.nClean.nNice atmosphere.nMy ticket was wrong but it got fixed.

Service great, social distance great, food great.

Slow service, and mediocre customer service 90% of the time I go.
