Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

Worst customer service i have ever experienced at this branch. Giving bad name to BOA reputation.

No one ever picks up the phone when I call, then automated system kicks me off, unlike everywhere else where I'm put into a queue.

This has to be literally the worst bank I've ever dealt with...before and especially during covid. Customer service is terrible, they lack any comprehension of common sense during this pandemic however they seem to be able to afford nicer barriers then al other banks. I only deal with them for deposits at this point...I couldn't imagine ever having to deal with them for full banking services. My recommendation would be to use this specific location as an example of how not to operate.

Usually very slow. Very poor customer service. The tellers were very rude. One did not even acknowledge me, the other was very abrupt, rude and discourteous. I almost closed my account then and there.nDo not go to this bank. They are very rude.

Mrs.Ruiz was absolutely phenomenal. She was so helpful, attentive, kind and personable. The cleanliness and social distancing measures they were all taking was also very relieving. Quick and easy service, even when it was very busy.
