Bank of America (with Drive-thru services)

A really great experience on several occasions a couple of weeks ago. Last week the lobby was closed every day even when their website said it would be open. Get your act together!!

Very understaffed location. The location is besieged by elderly people who refuse to use the ATM for simple transactions and treat the staff like captive audiences. Takes me about 20 minutes just to withdraw cash since BofA is taking more than a week to send me my ATM card. Sorry y’all work for people higher up makin really dumb decisions.

So! I needed to open an account, schedule my appointment and after doing it I checked for their reviews and to be honest, I got scared, day of my appointment arrived and I got ready for IT... They were extra nice, Burton, who took care of me, was awesome, very professional, knowledgeable, patient and polite.nnI advise you to schedule appointments online, makes your life easier and they will be expecting your arrival.

Piss poor service, you can never get anyone on the phone. And like The Crabtree location the people are rude and as unhelpful as any can be.

This place is the finest 3 ring circus in Raleigh. Incompetent customer service, long waits and 0 smiles. -10 stars if possible.
