Jessie Ganhdi is amazingly patient and thorough! I had an issue with an old account and after calling FOUR different times and talking to FIVE different people over the course of a week NO ONE could help me (at other branches or at the national level). This was extremely frustrating since there this was related to some fraudulent activity on an account for a Girl Scout Troop I used to lead. Jessie was persistent and did not give up until we were able to find the account. I had to ask her name so I could post this review:) Thanks again Jessie!

I have been a customer of this branch for almost 20 years and will now be taking my business elsewhere. Zero follow up, zero communication. It took me multiple weeks of calls and emails to get through and even after that all I got was empty promises and several hundred of my financial documents shredded On “accident”. They could care less about individual clients. Save yourself the trouble and find another bank.
