I was greeted upon entering the store. Salesman was attentive to me however they didn't have the product I needed. The salesman shared the shipping and how COVID-19 has affected the inventory. He was very nice.

During the pandemic I've always tried to shop local instead of going to Amazon for what I need. I called sound feet shoes and asked them if they had a certain model of shoe in stock. The person on the phone gave me the time and attention that I needed. They described the colors of every model of shoe I was looking for (the ghost 12 and the ghost 13's) and they held them for me when I was on my way. I got there I was greeted upon entry and was given the shoes to try on to see which I liked. Glad to see that they're still giving excellent customer service around the area and I happy to support a local business.

I would say that the prices are reasonable for the product the only issue that I had was that I asked to have my feet measured by the machine and was told that he would be right back with some insoles. Note that my feet were never measured. I am returning the insoles tomorrow due to them giving me cramps in my legs. This is the second time that this has happened. If I'm paying 64.99 for a pair of insoles then they need to be correctly measured by a machine that they have but just won't use. What's the purpose of having it then.

Walked into the store, walked the entire parameter of the store, never once was I asked if I needed help, I did hear one employee speaking very loudly to a customer about the bad experience someone he knew had at what sounded like a hospital because he mentioned her heart rhythm and would rather have paid extra fir another night in ICU, he looked at me twice, but never stopped his conversation, except to tell someone who seemed to know him and another employee to drive safe back to the beach. Tried to shop local.....

I like how quickly I was greeted upon entering the store. Although I was not the only customer, the staff made me feel like I was. Staff is very knowledgeable about their products and what is available. Service is always excellent at this store any day of the week. I do not see where any improvements are needed.
