I cannot tell you how very HELPFUL your staff has been with information, advice, and recommendations for setting up my new aquarium! They have spent lots of time with me, tested my water numerous times and helped me get to the bottom of what has been going wrong. Mia and Brad especially have just been wonderful. I was in and out within a few minutes. Sales associate offered to help me, but having been there numerous times I knew where to find the product. The cashier was courteous and prompt. I was out in a matter of minutes. Thanks for the service.

I found this store to be clean and orderly. The staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. The prices are reasonable and there’s a good variety of products. I don’t live there and didn’t even know Greenville had a PetCo. I will be shopping there for my pets for now on. I’m so glad I found this store.

Do NOT buy betta fish here. I bought mine not knowing he had a bacterial infection and he would not eat. He only lasted a few days. Do better.
