The staff is always so nice and helpful when we go there. The last time Laura was extremely helpful for items we needed and she showed our dog so much affection. It was a very pleasant experience.
The store was clean and employee nice. However I went there to use dog wash station since new to area and no groomer yet. The soap available was very watered down. The station water was room temperature at best and dryers were only cold air! I asked employee if it could be made warmer and she replied” oh no, everyone complains about it” ud83eudd14. So if everyone complains, why is management not correcting issue?? I still have 3 washes on the card I bought but not sure if I will use them now.
Staff is super friendly and helpful no matter what you wanna know! I got my golden gecko, Bellatrix, from there and I am always asking a billion questions n they have a lot of patience lol def be going back! I recommend them to everyone! Thanks!
Store was clean and well stocked. The fish were healthy and the tanks are very clean with a good selection, much better than the other two competitors in town.
Nice store employees are nice but little knowledge on prices and products. All seemed like stoners working because they cant find anything better to do.
