I am buying a home and was told this was a great group to work with. I was told after the application was completed that the person I was working with would crunch some numbers and get back to me. Over two weeks later I had heard nothing. I said nevermind, but wondered what made them not interested in me. Yesterday I got a letter from the company giving me my credit scores. They ranged from 702 - 723. I make $80,000+ a year and the house was $170,000. I don't know what customers they do serve, but not me. Maybe because I am married, but want the mortgage in my name only. Just really hurt and discouraged by the whole experience.
