Rude and unprofessional. Never got the card I reported stolen 7 months ago and no letter indicating that my account is being closed down. Perfect example of why Wells Fargo is my primary bank!

I strongly recommend this location for your tax returns next year. Caleb Jarman took such good care of my mother and I. He made sure to verify all aspects to make the situation the best for us. The receptionist/ facilitator was also very kind.

I went into my local credit union (Winterville NC Branch) due to having fraudulent charges on my account and spoke with a Shae Geyer to handle my account. Needless to say, my problem was not handled correctly and I am still dealing with this issue 3 days later. When ever I have an concern about any of my accounts I knew my problem would be taken care of. Everyone is so nice in the Winterville Branch. I am so disappointed with the service I received.
