All reception staff were kind, professional & courteous; Dr. Woodfill & his nurse were the same. I had the first AM appointment, no wait time. I also had no trouble using the touch screen check in. Highly recommend.

The staff here is cold and uncaring. If you are self pay, make sure you ask about costs and fees up front or else you will be shocked. Dr. Was with me for as short of time as possible even though I appeared to be almost the only patient there. I will be looking elsewhere for routine healthcare. The providers have no idea of what anything costs and the last time I was here I was written a Rx that turned out to be $700 a month, even though I had told her several times that I was self pay and costs were a factor. So I paid an office visit for literally nothing. Apparently you pay more, the older you are. Fees are very high, I am sure there is better care, way less expensive elsewhere.

Called my pharmacist to refill my prescription only to find out one of my doctors here cancelled it and did not tell me. Now I have to find out why and hope its figured out fast so I can continue my medicine

Disappointing. Tried to charge me $100s for a simple appointment, because they didn't correctly input my insurance. I pointed it out to them immediately when I received my bill, and they assured me they had the insurance was on there, even though I could see it was not on the bill.nThey finally gave me a number and I was able to sort it out through someone else who was able to put my insurance in correctly, and it ended up being $80.nThe Dr. clearly doesn't have time for you and tries to diagnose me with things other doctors have already tested for, without bothering to ask me about it. I'm having a very serious problem, and they ran two tests before deciding it was up to me to figure it out on my own.
