Easy recommendation.
Great customer service, friendly staff, great selection on shoes. The store manager is amazing! She really knows her shoes and what she is talking about. All of her workers are amazing as well. Very good job!
Whoever the lady at the counter was... was an so rude and unfriendly. This was at the Provo store. 10/27/20 at 7 PM. Honestly because of her I will not be going back to the store and I will not be recommending this store to anyone literally ever.
I love this place. The shoes here are amazing and such a great price. Every time we come in here I find great deals and great people. The guy with the glasses is so super nice everytime we visit. The lady with the glasses knows her shoes, She was able to relieve some heel pain I was experiencing. I have seen some new faces in there also. The tall African American gentleman is amazing also. Like I said we come here all the time and I will always come here for the prices and the people.
I can usually find good deals on shoes here, but the customer service is abysmal. If you enjoy being berated and accused of fraud because they failed to update their pricing, this is the shoe store for you. If you prefer to be treated like a human, shop elsewhere.
