I actually had a great experience at this store, the guy was super helpful, HOWEVER.... when I got home to try on my shoes, I had two different sizes in my box. This should have been checked before leaving the store, as I live two hours away and can’t go back easily. Disappointed in the outcome of leaving the store and being sold two different size shoes.
Great customer service very nice and attentive staff
I got a pair of white Tom's last week. I have to say that so far they offered me great customer service and their return policy gives me safety in shopping there again!
Now they are pushing these stain free sprays which seem to work well.
I went there this week to exchange shoes. They didn’t have the size I needed so they offered to have them ship to my house which is fine but then I had to pay for shipping. If I already paid $150 for a pair of shoes I shouldn’t have to pay shipping.
I felt as if I was kinda being bullied into buying more then I orginally wanted.
