THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! A couple of days ago I visited this store to buy a gift for my granddaughter. I approached one of the people to ask for help, she told me that the product I was looking for was not available in the size I was looking for, I asked if I could verify if the product was in other nearby stores (Since I needed it urgently) . She replied "No!" Then add: "If it is not in this store, it is sold out." When I asked to speak to the store manager, she told me that she was the manager. I left the store without buying anything and with a feeling of frustration. Don't go to that store. The service is terrible, they are rude and disrespectful! I think the store manager is working at the wrong store. You can't work in a children's store and act like that.
I love carters but do not recommend shopping at this location. The staff is very rude, especially Britney. The last incident I had I ordered the family set of pajamas. The adult size runs big and they would not exchange it in store. It’s irritating not being able to return or exchange something in store but that is not the reason for my one star review. It’s the way the staff handles it, they treat you like you are dumb and they are irritated with you. They act irritated with your children as well. This store is for kids! They should know they need the patience to be able to handle being around children in their store. I have never been impressed with this location but I keep going back out of convenience. This last time was the last straw for me.
Always has a couple great deals. Every time we go I am impressed by their service.
You'll hear the word 'cute' uttered every time your significant other turns around. There are only so many times one can agree to the cuteness of a pink dinosaur onesie before one goes insane.
My babies cloths have taken way longer then expected. They don’t even keep us updated on where our order is at. This is stupid they shouldn’t lag when you buy something online. They say it’ll come a certain day and it doesn’t. Be more responsible carters.
