My wife and I stood by the snowboard stuff waiting for someone to ask us to help so I could get some boots for 15 minutes. It’s be employee say on the couch with his friends another day behind the counter talking to his friends. And no one ever helped us. I’ll spend the extra money and buy boots elsewhere. Thanks for nothing
I was like one of 4 people in the store. Stood there forever waiting for help, employees staring at me like I was lost or something. No it’s your job to come ask me what I need. Just left after I was never greeted. Bummer was gonna buy those shoes.
If I could put a zero I would have. My 13 year old son went in and spent his hard earned lawn mowing money there. He was sold a Plan B skate board and the deck warped in less than 9 days. The employee said it was his fault from leaving it outaide. (He never did) This was a disappointment to say the least.
Jake and Roger were dope! They always welcome us I'm a regular customer and they're always chill when I come in. I had bought a longboard deck from them a week ago and ended up cracking it accidentally so I came back and they replaced it that day for me. Super helpful! 10/10 give them a raise.
This zumiez is by far the best zumiez I've ever been too! These employees deserve a raise the vibe was great and they were so cool!. They helped me choose some vans when the vans store across the way couldn't even do that. You go zumiez in University mall. ♥️
