We recently purchased two pair of dress shoes for my husband here. We were both surprised by hpw the low prices and quality were. The brand we bought wasn't a name brand but shoes look stylish and really expensive!! I'm so happy we stopped into this store it will be our go to place for affordable dress shoes for men. Only negative is some of the shoes we liked were sold out in his size. So if they had more available it would have been a 3 or 4 shoe purchase vs 2.

I had the worst experience in the store and I shop at the shoe department in Wilmington a lot, but the one is Jacksonville NC is bad. The shoes and the sales were great as expected but the customer service that was there was little to none, I was looking at kid shoes for my son and I needed help on seeing if they had the size I was looking for and if I can order the size and ship it to the Wilmington store. I saw two women in the store one was African American and the other one was stout, I was able to get one of the two attention but as soon as she came over I felt like I was getting rushed and I wasn’t welcomed there. Overall it wasn’t a Pleasant experience.
Staff was friendly and attentive. Prices are reasonable and full of variety
