Everyone there is super nice, I felt very welcome! Everyone is super chill and there was always someone when I needed help. Very good environment. I like shopping in there, also I needed grip tape on my naruto board and I was a little nervous because the hair is spiky and the deck is complex. But they did an amazing job putting my board together! Shoutout to Cris who gripped my board and helped me out. Super cool guy that I could talk to and he did a really good job!

Great place but a bit of unexperience employees. Overall great store.

DON’T EVEN BOTHER! If I could give zero stars I would! ‘This store is ridiculous. The day before school starts and they are SOOOOO UNDERSTAFFED. Waited in the “covid” line outside the store for 45 min...only to get in and wait INSIDE the store for another 30! ONE person checking people out and another 3 employees wandering around the store. Unbelievable. Love the shoes but this store off the wall sucks!!

I've been in this store 3 times in past few months and each time it seems like it's being run by a bunch of kids with no interest in helping the customers. Standing around giggling with each other. When they are asked for help it seems like an imposition. I love my Van's shoes but I think I'll just buy online.

Missing the hand sewn vans of the past. I got the non- sewn style and they are doing okay, unlike the first type like this I purchased where the complete sole fell off on one steamroller to funky chicken; a bmx flatland trick.
