Because the fitting rooms are closed, the woman working told me they’re taking returns without issue and encouraged me to buy a number of clothes to just try on - when I told her I would be returning most, if not all, she said that was okay. I came back today to do the return and the woman working refused to return $90 of it. I don’t have an extra $90 - the woman didn’t understand why I was upset because she could issue store credit. I shop here once a year for new bras, I do not like their clothes, and again, I don’t have $90 to just lose. I left the store in tears. So so so upset at how this ended and really disappointed in this corporation taking advantage of fitting rooms being closed.

Very wonderful place. Very helpful sweet people. Expensive but it's a mall so it's to be expected. I was looking for bras that would hold my big sized chest. I came across this place, wanted to make sure I bought the right size since I've only just went off what I thought. They made me feel very comfortable. Very helpful got a few bras and underwear. I've now made a round 2 because I found them to be the most comfortable bras and underwear I've ever had. As needed I will be back
I always love being here! Not only is the staff super kind and helpful, the other visitors are great. Trying on clothes is never fun, but when just one person is nice and positive, it makes it better :)
I love this store... Every time I go there I feel so good about myself. The friendly staff is amazing, and everyone I spoke with are D&D fans which was fun to learn! 😆
