Bought my daughter shoes at sketchers outlet for school in August a month ago one of the twinkle toe lights started glowing brightly and wouldn’t turn off. It would have been one thing if the lights completely stopped working, but for one little light to be blaring bright. It was defective and made it so she couldn’t even wear the shoes anymore after only 2 months. I emailed in to sketchers and waited a few weeks because they mentioned they were back logged but I still haven’t heard a response. So I went back to the store. The store manager LISTENED to my frustration about the faulty shoe and was kind enough to allow me to make an in store trade. I was very thankful and feel like they understood my concerns. I will definitely go back and purchase sketchers again. Thank you!

This is a great store and finally--a place that offers a wide section that is legitimately for wide feet! Sure, there aren't as many options for wide feet as there are for "normal" (if there is such a thing) feet, but still, it is nice to go somewhere and find tennis shoes that actually fit. The staff working was fantastic and even applied a random gift card that someone left there that had a few bucks left on it.
