Village Shoemaker

Not just for shoes! We were up in Provo taking my daughter to BYU when her the handle from her favorite book bag broke right before school started. She had a leather strap from a different bag that she barely used, so we took it in to see if it would work. They worked with her to make it a comfortable length and stitched it on. This has held up for two years of carrying heavy books! Awesome people and awesome service!

Outstanding customer service. I broke the zipper on my tent and was looking to replace the zipper. I called Village Shoemaker and asked if they could take a look at it. They told me to bring it in and they would see what they could do. I brought it in and the quick service and helpfulness was amazing. The zipper was fixed and I was on my way in 10 minutes. It made my day! THANKS!

I had a pair of sandals that I purchased online. they were a little too wide around the ankle and so hard to wear. I took them into the Village Shoemaker and they did an excellent job fixing them to fit better. I would highly recommend.

Great experience here. I took my boots in to be resoled with new heels. They did that and also shined them up for me, they look beautiful. I’ve had these boots for 20 years so it makes me happy to have someone take care of them. Would definitely go back. Plenty of parking.

Wanted to support a small business like this and try to repair my shoes instead of buying a new pair. Won't do that again, they ended up ruining my shoe even more by tearing a hole in the leather and not telling me about it. When I went back to consult them about the issue she didn't have an excuse as to why they did it or any other solution for it. Very disappointed 😔
