I ordered some shoes online and i ordered the wrong size. My fault. I took them back to the store off Airport Rd. The girl was nice and very knowledgeable. It was a breeze for her to do the exchange.nThey have buy one pair get the 2nd for half price. Great deals and huge selection in store and online. Good inventory. Sales associate dropped the ball in not checking the inventory and getting back to me. Left me on the sales floor for over 30 minutes and did not return to assist. Rack Room shoes has a very good selection of name brand casual shoes and athletic shoes. They almost always have a bogo 50% off, which is a really good deal when you are shopping with friends or for family.
Went in to exchange a pair of shoes that I bought the wrong size for.... very friendly staff and informative! And great selection. Highly recommended! I didn’t catch the gentlemen’s name but did note that he was the assistant manger. Thanks so much.
Mmmm, I was not impressed with the store. Limited selection and brand names. I actually ended up there thinking I was going to a different place. The area where it is located has many other stores so it was very congested with cars.
