After a visit on Dec. 29, 2020, we are still sorting out billing. It has been stressful and I do not recommend this hospital.nnOur daughter cut her hand open and it required dermabond. It seemed easy enough. However after a charge of $1593.07 from the hospital and a bill of $594 from the provider. We feel grossly taken advantage of. We are currently in the process of trying to get this overcharge taken care of with little feeling of hope. The billing department has billed us 953.34 after insurance and agreed to discount us 200.nnI still can’t fathom the pricing for the service rendered. So if you want to pay exorbitant prices, this is your place. Of course in an emergency that’s the last thing you think about, so what do you do?
ER was understandably slow, considering. But everyone, every single employee, was super nice and took the time to explain anything we asked.

I can't even begin to tell you how great of experience I had it at Advent. I've never had to stay overnight at a hospital before and if I was going to, I'm glad it was here. The whole staff from top to bottom were excellent. I drove 1 hour to go here and don't regret it in the least. hopefully I won't have to go back, but if I do, I would not hesitate to go back to Advent. The nurses and doctors were top notch.
Three or four weeks ago my friend had a kidney stone, and we rushed her to AdventHealth in Hendersonville, NC. They had her in there faster than we could park the car ! It was immediate !! TREMENDOUS ! Yesterday, I had a sciatic nerve problem, and they rushed me into the exam room so incredibly fast! I didn't sit in the waiting area for hours or even minutes. No less than 6 or 7 people checked in on me!!! This place is truly exceptional, so if you live anywhere near Hendersonville, this is the place to go. In Greenville, SC, you can sit in a waiting area for hours. AWFUL! Not fun if you are in real pain ! AdventHealth helps you pronto - they don't fool around!!! The staff actually cares and it is so obvious!! SUPERB !!!
