Lita and Dillon were amazing. What a wonderful experience was. We had stopped coming to this particular t mobile because of past experiences. I saw a watch I wanted and it was in stock at this store so we gave another try and are very happy we did. The customer service was excellent the atmosphere was a whole new experience. Thank you the respect has returned. We were very happy with today's experience. Thank you

Wonderful team, everyone was working together very well. Justin’s customer service was exceptional , he did a very great job at recommending products and took us right to what we were looking for. He assisted us with opening a new account with T-Mobile and let us know about promotions that were running to help with our purchase. We were able to get exactly what we needed for less than what we expected to spend. We plan to come back in the future to add voice lines and would love to work with Justin again. He was very personable and answered all questions that we had.

Stop in to see about getting 2 lines. G and Dillon was very helpful at assisting me. I'm blind in one eye so most people in public treat me like so but these 2 gentleman treated me with respect and like I was actually a human and for that I applaud there customer service. This store was amazing.

I cannot say enough nice things about how Dillon helped me with my business account set-up and the ordering of our phones! He was patient and super easy to talk to as he guided me through this process and answered all of my questions. I would recommend to anyone needing mobile phone service in this area to go to this location of T-Mobile (there are two in close proximity) to seek Dillon's service. The other folks in this location including his manager Lita, were also very nice and helpful!

What a wonderful environment to be in. The employees were super helpful when it came to getting my new phones. They went out of the way to make sure we had everything on our new phones. Definitely get help from these guys they know what they are doing. Thanks Lita, Justin and Gerardo
